uninsured deposit "uninsured deposit" means:- (a) a deposit that is excluded under any of subparagraphs 41(a)(A) to (D) of the Act; or (b) a liability or financial instrument which the Corporation has specified to be excluded under subparagraph 41(a)(E) of the Act;
